Abstract
This testimony from an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) stakeholder meeting supports OSHA’s efforts to develop strong heat protections for workers, including rulemaking to establish a heat standard as well as complementary research, education, and enforcement initiatives. It recommends that OSHA incorporate thorough and reliable information on climate impacts and distributional inequities into these efforts in order to sufficiently protect all workers.
